Moffett Parking Solutions based in Clontibret will represent County Monaghan at the 23rd National Enterprise Awards which will be held in the Round Room at the Mansion House, Dublin on 1st June.

Moffett Parking Solutions Ltd (MPS) is a young and innovative engineering company which designs and manufactures bespoke solutions to increase car storage capacity through vertical optimisation. MPS solve vehicle access and storage capacity challenges for their customers with their range of custom-designed lifts and turntables. Their range of products include basement and loft access lifts, car stacking lifts and turntables.
The company see a huge opportunity in export markets in targeting high worth individuals who may own numerous expensive motor cars but have limited storage space for these cars. They supply solutions to both private customers and to businesses in the car sales and car storage industries.
Presenting the award to Richard Moffett, M.D., Cathaoirleach of Monaghan County Council Cllr. Sean Conlon said: “We would like to congratulate Moffett Parking Solutions on their achievements to date and wish them all the best in the National Enterprise Finals in Dublin in June”. He added “The National Enterprise Awards provides an opportunity to highlight the achievements and contribution of small business and showcase their success. These enterprises are based in our local towns and rural communities and are making strides in areas such as business growth, turnover, employment, new product development and innovation”.
Also at the presentation, Chief Executive of Monaghan County Council, Patricia Monahan commented, ‘These awards are about showcasing the innovation, creativity, and development potential across the micro and small business sectors in Monaghan. Small businesses are the backbone of our economy, and it's the entrepreneurs like this who have the vision, strength, and determination to build scalable enterprises that make our local economy thrive.’
Speaking at the award presentation, Briege Quinn, Acting Head of Enterprise with Monaghan Local Enterprise Office said: “Local Enterprise Office Monaghan have been working with Richard and the team at Moffett Parking Solutions since early 2020. We have been hugely impressed with both their vision and their determination to grow their business and secure customers outside of Ireland. We are delighted to have them as our representative at the National Enterprise Awards Final on June 1st”.
