Objectives:

To equip the learner with the knowledge, skill and competence to deliver access and evaluate a training and development intervention.  To ensure that the participants have the necessary skills, knowledge and attitude to deal with any challenges that a trainer may encounter.  To update them with the best approaches in training methodology and delivery.  To award QQI certification, Training Delivery and Evaluation, Level 6 6N3326.  

Contents:

This programme works on three levels.  Firstly it explores the total training role.  The next element is selection of the most effective, efficient and appropriate methods to deliver various types of training.  Thirdly it trains how to prepare and deliver the training.
