This practical certificate course gives an overview of the core digital channels and how they fit together in order to deliver successful digital and social media marketing campaigns for B2B and B2C markets.

The Local Enterprise Office Fingal QQI-accredited Certificate in Digital Marketing programme is designed to give participants a greater understanding of online marketing and practical knowledge of digital tools, to help them learn how to successfully plan, measure, and optimise their digital marketing activity.
Consisting of 11 modules, each module focuses on a specific area of Digital Marketing allowing participants to develop a solid understanding across a wide variety of topics, and equipping them with up-to-date techniques and tools that can be implemented immediately. Participants will learn how to create effective, efficient, and measurable digital marketing strategies that will help to support their business, and positively position their brand to their target audience.
The modules are highly interactive, and encourage participants to engage in both individual and group exercises. Live demos will also be used in certain modules, where relevant, to demonstrate best practice and effective use of digital marketing tools or apps. As working professionals, our industry-expert trainers are best placed to learn about new trends and technologies as they happen, meaning that participants get the most up-to-date training and knowledge available.

Participants who complete the programme will receive an Irish Times Training Certificate, and will also have the option to go forward for a QQI Level 5 Minor Award (5N1364) in Digital Marketing, if they wish.
Training Delivery
The delivery of the Certificate in Social Media and Digital Marketing will take place in -person and online. This course is delivered over 12 evenings as an engaging and interactive workshop on Tuesday evenings from 18.00 – 21.00.
