With over a decade of experience in commercial radio and digital media, effective and strategic communications are her forte. Teresanne also holds a First Class Honours Masters Degree in Digital Marketing from Waterford Institute of Technology.

Muriel Foley is the Founder and Managing Director of MGFD, A Digital Marketing Consultancy specialising in Digital strategy, Social E-Commerce, Digital Training & Campaign Planning. Muriel currently works with clients based in Ireland, the UK, the UAE, the US and Germany and has worked with adidas, Coca Cola, Diageo, Home Depot, ALDO, Jägermeister, Air Transat and General Motors.
Paul Dower, Waterford In Your Pocket
We are delighted to have Paul Dower back as part of this year’s Social Media Mash-Up! As the driving force behind the original idea for this event, Paul has been an integral part of its success since its inception. With years of experience in the digital space, he brings invaluable insights into the evolution of social media and how businesses can continue to adapt and thrive. This year, Paul will join our expert panel discussion, sharing his perspective on the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities in the ever-changing digital landscape.
Waterford In Your Pocket provides constantly fresh content to the people of Waterford and it's many international visitors. Paul started Waterford In Your Pocket as a Facebook page in 2014 as a way to promote the area as a great place to live, work and play using photos and videos. As time went on Waterford In Your Pocket started using Instagram, Twitter and a dedicated website and now has over 60,000 followers.
Anne Connors, SETU
Anne Connors is the Communications & Events Officer for SETU Research, Innovation & Impact, where she plays a key role in amplifying the reach and visibility of research initiatives.
Most recently, Anne led the delivery of Communicating Research for Impact: Strengthening Your Voice and Brand at SETU's inaugural Research Week 2025, equipping attendees with the tools to enhance their public presence and influence.
