The course will be delivered over six sessions with session one lead out by Margaret Valette O’Connor. Margaret's transformative masterclass will guide participants through the nuances of building a resilient mindset, leading with authenticity, and fostering an empowering workplace culture. Her insights into starting a mentoring journey will lay the foundation for participants to unlock their leadership potential.
Two weeks later, the participant journey continues with Susan Hayes Culleton's deep dive into financial strategy. Known as "The Positive Economist," Susan will unravel the complexities of financial risk management and strategic planning. Attendees will explore value-based management and financial modelling, equipping them with the skills to navigate the dynamic financial landscape with confidence.
Mastering Sales is the theme for the third session with Terry Harmer. Terry will share secrets of customer acquisition, retention, and strategic account management. Through his guidance, attendees will learn to adapt sales approaches for diverse markets, ensuring their sales operations can scale successfully.
Session four has a focus on efficiency with John O’Shanahan will lead a session on maximising productivity and scaling operations. John's extensive experience in lean and digitalisation consulting will provide participants with strategies to optimise processes and leverage technology. His lessons on managing growth challenges and building high-performance teams will be crucial for businesses aiming for sustainable expansion.
Michelle and John Walshe will lead the penultimate session on succession and exit strategies. This will be vital for leaders planning the long-term viability of their enterprises. They will delve into succession planning, grooming future leaders, and exploring effective exit strategies, including selling a business and family succession, ensuring participants are prepared for every eventuality.
The final session led by Margaret Valette O’Connor's will consolidate the learning for participants aimed at making learning into action. The course sessions are complimented by mentoring provided to each client.
