The Profit Academy - Taster Session.
This taster session will introduce you to the content of “The Profit Academy – Finance Development Programme” which is aimed at owner managers and key staff. Participant will be introduced to the fundamental principles and importance of financial control, reporting performance and cost control for the effective management of their business.
This taster session and the subsequent programme will be delivered by Mr. Billy O’Connor of The Discovery Partnership, who will proactively work with 12 selected LEO clients to identify their key financial challenges and constraints but will partner with them to provide practical solutions and options to grow their business
