Meet Your Trainer – John O’Shanahan, LeanBPI

John O’Shanahan, Managing Director at LeanBPI, is a senior Lean management practitioner with specialist diplomas in Lean and Six Sigma from the University of Limerick. With over 35 years of experience in business operations, John has worked with multiple companies across Europe, Asia, and North America, spending 17 years overseas. His expertise focuses on helping businesses create efficiencies through digital lean tools, process optimisation, and progressive management strategies.

At LeanBPI, John and his team provide personalised coaching to businesses, helping them integrate Digital Lean tools, streamline operations, and adopt best practices for continuous improvement and growth.
