The objective of Start Your Own Business programmes is to assist new potential business owners in assessing the viability of business ideas and in understanding the essential elements required to start up and run their own business. The modules are designed by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs to give participants the basic knowledge, skills and confidence to bring their entrepreneurial project to profitable reality.
Participants will be able assess the viability of business ideas and understand essential elements needed to bring an enterprise from to concept to profit. They will also learn the essential elements required to start up and run their own businesses effectively.
Contents of the programme include:
Business Planning:
Developing a comprehensive business plan is often a crucial component of these courses. This includes market research, financial projections, and defining the business's unique value proposition.
Legal and Regulatory Requirements:
Understanding the legal and regulatory aspects of starting a business is essential. This may include information on business structures, licenses, permits, and compliance with local regulations.
