CEO Ryans Cleaning

Cleaning Up by Cleaning Up

Aisling Ryan is the dynamic CEO of Ryans Cleaning, the leading company in the sports, festivals, and events industries both at home here in Ireland and in the UK. With 40 years of dedicated service, Ryans Cleaning has grown from humble beginnings in Tipperary to a multimillion-euro enterprise it is today.

The business started with “Féile The Trip to Tipp” in their hometown of Thurles. This is where her parents, Pat and Phil, saw the gap in the market and Ryans Cleaning was born. Steadily, with the support of their family they built their business and its reputation considerably. Aisling can’t remember a period when she was not working at shows and on-sites during the summer holidays since her early years and learned about every aspect of the business from the bottom up.

Ryans Cleaning is one of Ireland's best family business success stories of this era and in 2023, Aisling was honoured with the title 'Family Businesswoman of the Year' at the prestigious IMAGE PwC Businesswoman of the Year Awards, marking a significant milestone in her career.

Passionate about mentoring, motivating, and supporting other women in business, Aisling's strategic vision and commitment to excellence continue to drive Ryans Cleaning to new heights.
