This 2-part webinar is a workshop designed to help you in defining the best CRM vision and business case for your company.  Our course expert will guide you to select, build and implement your *CRM solution, that keeps your sales and prospect data central and secure whilst keeping your sales team active, on top of their opportunities and automatically generating new leads.

 *CRM, Customer Relationship Management includes all digital front office processes, sales, customer service, and direct marketing.

 This course is designed for SME’s where the existing sales data management process is:

  • Excel, PowerPoint with lots of paper and notepads.
  • Lots of cold calling or visiting prospects on spec.
  • Limited to Facebook or LinkedIn marketing.
  • Few new leads or active lead warming, (i.e. new business prospecting.
  • No real updates - the pipeline is the same names saying the same.
  • No real-time management dashboards, control, or sales targeting.

 This course is divided into two phases, with an action list to complete between the two dates. Expect the takeaway actions to take 2- 4 hours to complete, depending on your business and current data state.  But the good news is, at the end of the process, you will have a functioning CRM, with our four cornerstones:

 Course Trainer offers each attendee a 15-minute follow-up call to help complete the CRM set-up.

 Each participant will now have chosen their CRM solution and agreed on what functionality we are using, we have our data governance policy and have the tools and ability to populate it with our data.

  2. Communication (email templates, calling cards and leave-behinds).

  5. Managing your team: report and best practice onboarding.
