This workshop is designed to allow participants to gain an understanding of what it takes to

gain customers and to build a business by well-developed sales skills. It will look at the way to

do this in today’s competitive environment and will provide key tips for cost effective

measurable sales activity.

involved in developing sales strategies for small businesses.

  • Gain an insight into how to target potential customers in a timely and cost-effective

  • Exploring E-Commerce Platforms to suit your product or service

  • Understanding your own personal selling style and how to improve it
  • Setting sales targets and developing a sales plan
  • Getting ready for the sale and getting the appointment

  • Learning to read body language in sales and overcoming objections
  • Developing your listening skills to better understand customers
  • Developing your Elevator Pitch
  • E-Commerce Platforms
  • Making the most of the sales encounter
  • Closing effectively
  • Analysis of cost-efficient tools to forecast and plan for future sales
  • Participants will present a sales pitch to fellow participants at the end of this session

Delivery Methodology

The workshop will be delivered remotely and will be highly interactive and engaging for participants with real time demonstrations.
