Sam is a trainer, consultant and advisor to over 500 SMEs and 70+ Government Agencies. He brings a blend of digital expertise with enterprise sustainability to develop unique approaches for growing small-medium businesses.
In this online webinar, Sam will introduce the basics of exporting, from mapping, understanding and engaging target markets. Focusing on entry point identification, the session will explore how to test the market, identify strategic collaborations and develop simple and effective strategies for expanding into new regions. The session will include an overview to digitalisation and sustainability, highlighting their importance in international commercialisation strategy.
