This programme is designed to support small businesses with financial decision making in a crisis. It will help them to get greater clarity of their immediate financial situation and to build a cashflow and action plan to guide them over the next 3 months.
It will provide them with the tools they need to produce a cashflow statement which they can use to understand and guide the business, seek funding or take to mentors/ advisors for further advice and support.
