Cashflow Management

Cash flow is an essential component of all businesses and is the primary indicator of business health.

This workshop aims to help participants to identify factors which affect cashflow, deal with cashflow issues early, get to know potential sources of funds, and operate effective credit control systems for their business.

Within a highly interactive and collaborative workshop, you will be equipped to:

• Examine the different elements of the cashflow cycle: cash, purchasing, stock management, sales, cash collection, etc.
• Manage credit control: put a system in place to ensure timely collection of cash
• Create cashflow projections to identify and fund gaps in advance
• Know your funding options where a cashflow issue is identified

Delivery Methodology

This workshop will be held remotely online via Zoom. The workshop will include many real-life examples, hands-on activities and plenty of discussions with participants. Participants will receive a comprehensive summary document after the workshop.

A Zoom link will be sent to all registered participants the day before the workshop.
