What is Spotlight Profiling?

Spotlight is a strengths based Mindset and Behaviour tool born out of High Performance. It enables individuals and teams to improve performance, grow stronger relationships and improve decision making and resilience. This tool can help individuals:

• Develop adaptability and "flex" their mindsets when under pressure. Improve work performance in pressure situations
• Build awareness of key strengths and drivers for individuals
• Build awareness of the blind spots and strengths of teams
• Create greater understanding and empathy between individual

Learning Outcomes: Upon completion of this workshop, participants will:

• Have the confidence to better manage their self and their people.
• Be able to identify their leadership styles and how to assess personality types of their team members
• Be equipped with leadership skills to adapt to the changing world
• Completed the Spotlight Profiling Tool which will help them in building awareness about their strengths and drivers and help them improve performance and grow stronger relationships.
