Managing Your Brand Online – How to Convey Your Story

The purpose of this workshop is to support SMEs in creating a story board to tell your story in a variety of ways, always bringing your customer closer to you, deepening their understanding of your 'Why'.

Within a highly interactive and collaborative workshop you will be equipped to:

• Better communicate your story / your ‘Why’ and the benefits of your product or service
• Once your ideal customer is engaging with you story, you can then engage better with them and transition them into paying customers

Topics will include:

• Understand your Brand Story
• Create content that connects your story with your customer
• Communicating your story visually with symbols
• Implement a brand strategy that takes your customer on a journey

Delivery Methodology

This workshop will be held remotely online via Zoom. This session will be highly engaging and relevant through interactive learning, individual approach, use of audio-visual materials. 

A Zoom link will be sent to all registered participants the day before the workshop.
