In an era of Click & Collect retailers need to think of themselves less as shops and more as exporters, either locally, nationally or internationally. According to research the Covid-19 crisis has encouraged consumers to look closer to home for goods and services. Consumers estimate that since the Covid-19 crisis began, 53% of their online purchases have been made with Irish businesses compared to 48% before.
The interactive workshop will focus on how to help retailers make sure they get their share of online sales. It will be delivered via Zoom and is focused on the development of the owners business and management skills to maximise digital marketing, topics covered will include -
