This workshop is designed to provide guidance on how to manage your physical and mental resilience to achieve sustained high performance. The workshop will focus on identifying stress triggers and developing strategies for increasing resilience in the workplace and home.
The training provides skills of stress management, supporting individuals to develop healthier habits in both work and life to create a positive balance and mindset that is vital in achieving success. By the end of the workshop participants will have identified short-term and long-term strategies for sustaining performance in high pressure working environments.
