Join us for a culinary journey during Local Enterprise Week at the Food Coast Donegal Producer Showcase. Hosted by RTE’s Darragh McCullough of Ear To The Ground, the event kicks off with keynote speaker Chef Kwanghi Chan and a panel discussion with Siobhán Ni Ghairbhith of St Tola Cheese, Willie Cremen of Filligans and Eugene Gallen of Bon Appetite, who will share their insights into the culinary and consumer trends that will help Donegal food businesses innovate and grow. Niamh Ruane of Musgraves will give the buyers perspective of opportunities in the consumer food market.

The Food Coast Donegal Producer Showcase promises to be an inspirational session, where you’ll learn from leaders, innovators, and influencers in the Irish food sector and make important connections across the Donegal food scene.

There will also be an opportunity for individual conversations with each panellist and a group discussion. The event concludes with a lunch featuring the finest Donegal produce, followed by a producer showcase. An insightful and delicious Donegal food experience awaits.

Kwanghi has worked in Michelin starred kitchens and has created his own culinary empire ranging from restaurants and food trucks as well as condiments and sauces. His unique Irish-Chinese culinary style and affable personality make him one of the leaders of the Irish food scene.
