The Food Coast Donegal Producer Showcase promises to be an inspirational session, where you’ll learn from leaders, innovators, and influencers in the Irish food sector and make important connections across the Donegal food scene.

Darragh McCullough runs the internationally trading Elmgrove Flower Farm which grows cut flowers and bulbs. He also writes for the Irish Independent, and presents RTE’s Ear to the Ground.

Kwanghi Chan
Kwanghi has worked in Michelin starred kitchens and has created his own culinary empire ranging from restaurants and food trucks as well as condiments and sauces. His unique Irish-Chinese culinary style and affable personality make him one of the leaders of the Irish food scene.
