When you're running your own business, it often feels like you just don't have enough hours in the day to accomplish everything you'd like to in your business and personal life. In this short session, Eve Bulman Murphy of Harvest Resources will share practical tips and advice in the areas of small business strategy development, networking and task effectiveness, Eve will help you to end 2017 on a high and begin planning for an effective and productive start to the new year.
The talk will be followed by networking over wine.

SPEAKER PROFILE:
Eve has held training specialist, leadership and management development specialist roles within EBS Building Society and Google EMEA where she worked with multicultural audiences based in Europe, US and India. Eve joined the Harvest team in 2010 delivering a variety of client solutions namely in the area of management development. Having project managed the launch of the Harvest eLearning offer in 2012, Eve was responsible for the eLearning division at Harvest; developing a strategy and an internal capability in eLearning technology.
Eve remains a member of the Learning Specialist team and is actively involved in client projects, particularly in leadership and management development projects. In addition, she manages the business operations in Harvest.
