This course provides participants with essential knowledge of HR management, employment law, and effective HR policies to manage employees while ensuring legal compliance.
Overview
Through practical case studies and actionable plans, participants will gain the confidence and skills to:
• Navigate performance management, statutory leave, and disciplinary processes
• Apply HR practices to real-world scenarios Course Modules:
Module 1: Introduction to Human Resources (HRM and HRD)
• Overview of Human Resources Management (HRM) and Human Resources Development (HRD)
• The foundations of effective HR practices
Module 2: Fundamentals of Recruitment & Selection
• Recruitment process and compliance with discrimination laws
• Interviewing techniques and onboarding strategies for strategic hiring
Module 3: Performance Management
• Setting clear performance objectives and measuring KPIs
• Managing poor performance and providing constructive feedback
This is a two part Series and Modules 4, 5 & 6 will take place on the 11th April - you must register separately for this workshop
