Now Juice Ltd: Driving Sustainability and Growth in the Food Industry
Now Juice Ltd was established in 2022 by Marti Nulty and is based in Ballyboughal. This sustainable Irish company specialises in supplying a variety of fresh, frozen citrus juices to food service customers across Ireland and the UK. Committed to sustainability and quality, Now Juice Ltd proudly offers products with no treatments or additives. Their ethos is rooted in minimising waste and educating consumers about food waste, ensuring no compromise on delivering a premium, convenient product.
Fingal Local Enterprise Office (LEO) has played a significant role in supporting Now Juice Ltd on its journey of growth and expansion. The company availed of the Technical Assistance for Micro Exporters (TAME) Grant in 2024, enabling them to explore international markets. The TAME Grant helped businesses offset costs associated with entering new markets, including expenses for trade fair participation and adapting promotional materials. This support has been invaluable as the company undertakes the research and groundwork required to expand beyond Ireland.
Additionally, Now Juice Ltd has joined the Get Exporting Programme 2025, a comprehensive initiative designed to equip businesses with the skills and resources needed to succeed in global markets. Through this programme, the company receives one-on-one mentoring, a tailored pathway to export readiness, tools to develop a concrete Export Plan, and a framework for creating a repeatable process for future success in international markets.
Now Juice Ltd has leveraged several grants and programmes to strengthen its operations. In 2023, the company accessed the Priming Grant and participated in the Green for Business Programme. The Priming Grant was instrumental in helping the company establish its operations by covering critical costs such as salaries and capital expenditures.
The Green for Business Programme further enhanced the company’s sustainability efforts by providing access to a green consultant. This consultant identified small, impactful changes to make Now Juice Ltd’s operations more environmentally friendly. These changes not only reduced their carbon footprint but also brought significant business benefits, including cost savings, increased product value, improved corporate reputation, and greater access to environmentally conscious customers.
In 2024, Now Juice Ltd received the Business Expansion Grant, which supported their transition to the next stage of growth. This grant provided the resources needed to navigate the challenges of scaling operations while continuing to meet the evolving needs of their customers.
Expansion and New Brand Launch
Now Juice Ltd is also expanding its offerings with the launch of Marti’s sister brand, Now Coco. The company has entered a strategic partnership with Newport Brands, who own, distribute, and market some of Ireland's most loved drinks brands. Newport Brands will be the national distributors for both Now Juice and Now Coco, helping the brands reach new retail spaces. Their products will soon be available in large retail outlets across Ireland.

Now Juice Ltd exemplifies how sustainability and innovation can drive success in the food industry. With the support of Fingal Local Enterprise Office and various grant programmes, the company has established itself as a leader in fresh, frozen citrus juices while maintaining a strong commitment to reducing waste and educating consumers. Their dedication to sustainability and growth positions them for continued success in both domestic and international markets.
