Local Enterprise Office Fingal has published details of the six finalists for the 2025 Fingal Enterprise Awards. This celebrated competition showcases the remarkable achievements of small businesses in Fingal, recognising their innovation, resilience, and contribution to the local and national economy.
The Fingal Enterprise Awards is an annual competition organised by the Local Enterprise Office with the aim of recognising and showcasing the accomplishments of small businesses. This competition is part of an annual nationwide contest where a single champion from each of the 31 Local Enterprise Offices competes for the National Awards.
The competition is open to internationally trading or manufacturing businesses that have received qualifying grant assistance from Local Enterprise Office Fingal.
Speaking at the announcement of the finalists, Cllr Brian McDonagh, Mayor of Fingal said: "We are delighted to give these businesses a platform to showcase their talents and provide inspiration to the next generation of entrepreneurs in the region. Their dedication and creativity are truly commendable, and these awards highlight the thriving business landscape in Fingal."
AnnMarie Farrelly, Chief Executive of Fingal County Council added: "When we support start-up and growing small businesses, we are not just helping entrepreneurs. We are supporting employment and creating economic growth in our community. The Fingal Enterprise Awards competition highlights the commitment, perseverance, and hard work that drive Fingal’s thriving business sector.”

This competition is our way of celebrating and recognising these incredible businesses that contribute so much to our local economy. The Local Enterprise Office is here to support local businesses by providing highly effective services including funding, training and mentoring. We are delighted to use this opportunity to showcase businesses who have availed of these supports and thrived as a result."
Each of the six finalists will progress to the next stage, featuring an intensive assessment process with a panel of expert judges, ahead of the Fingal Enterprise Awards Ceremony on Tuesday, 4th March 2025, when the winner will be announced. Each finalist will receive a €1,000 prize, while the overall winner will secure the top prize of €5,000 to invest in their business.
The overall Fingal winner will then go on to represent Fingal at the National Enterprise Awards at the Mansion House, Dublin on Thursday, 22nd May 2025.
