Her focus, as SMB Head of Ireland, is to continue building Facebook’s presence in Ireland and develop opportunities for businesses to engage with customers.

Chiara Keating – Managing Director and Co-Founder of Uniformal

Mother of two, at the age of  23 Chiara was teaching in UCD and at age 25 was responsible for creating her own post graduate course. At the same time her partner was running a Corporate Wear Company, Chiara helped with the business and developed a passion for the industry.

In 2010, Uniformal was established the company designs and manufactures Premium Uniform Clothing and Work Wear to the hospitality sector and drinks industry. They developed a unique collection of niche products including hospitality aprons in premium materials. Uniformal very quickly became market leaders in Ireland in this area. By 2016 the business went from local to global. In 2017 with support from LEO they opened a design studio and factory in Dublin bringing all their bespoke production in turnover by 500%. 

Sarah Jane Brangam – Co-Founder and Director of Cult Drinks

Sarah-Jane Brangam is Co-founder and Director of Cult Drinks. The Company innovates and markets Alcoholic Beverages for domestic and International markets. In the last 10 years Cult drinks have successfully brought several brands to the market place. The company has rolled out a large expansion plan in the last year which has resulted in solid growth in both domestic and export markets.

Caroline Gleeson – CEO of BidRecruit

An Oxford University graduate and experienced senior recruitment consultant with extensive knowledge of recruitment and an impressive track record in tech recruitment with Morgan McKinley. Before joining MMK, Caroline worked as a freelance journalist for several publications and worked as a radio journalist covering the European Youth Conference at the European Parliament. Currently the CEO of tech start-up BidRecruit, award winning recruitment software for the SME sector. Caroline, along with her team, have seen significant growth in Ireland and have recently launched BidRecruit in the UK.

Sile Ginnane – Co-Founder of Liberty Bell

Síle Ginnane is a co-founder of Liberty Bell, a platform using smart bicycle bells and smart pedestrian wristbands used to gather data about the cycling and pedestrian experiences. Síle brings a background of physiotherapy and digital user experience to the challenge of understanding the mobility wants and needs of a diverse range of people. She believes that our communities are best enjoyed when they cater for all ages, all genders and all abilities. Winner of the Colorado Dept. of Transportation Road X Bike & Ped Challenge 2017. Winner of Smart Dublin Cycling Challenge 2016-2017.

Julie Sinnamon – CEO of Enterprise Ireland

Julie Sinnamon is CEO of Enterprise Ireland. Prior to her appointment to CEO in November 2013, Julie held a number of senior public sector positions, spanning a 30 year career in Enterprise Ireland and IDA Ireland. Julie is a member of the Board and Investment Committee of Enterprise Ireland, a member of National Competitiveness Council, and a member of the Investment Committee of the Irish Strategic Investment Fund, part of the National Treasury Management Agency.She is also a Board Member of Social Entrepreneurs Ireland and Young Scientist & Technology Exhibition Limited.

Key Note Speaker - Oongah O'Hagan – CEO Meaghers Pharmacy

Oonagh O’ Hagan is the owner and Managing Director of the Meagher’s Pharmacy Group in Dublin and the thriving online store meaghers.ie  Meagher’s has won countless awards within the world of  pharmacy and has just been named as one of Irelands  “ Gold Standard” companies in the Deloitte Best Managed Companies awards. Oonagh is passionate about retail and is outgoing chairwoman and board member of Retail Excellence Ireland. Oonagh credits the Meaghers digital strategy and social media engagement with the her customers as one of the significant factors  in rapidly growing her business both in store and online.

Keen to reposition the role of the pharmacist in the Irish Healthcare system Oonagh also holds board positions in the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland and in the School of Pharmacy, Trinity College Dublin as well as positions on the Wholesale Committee at United Drug Group PLC and on the Finance committee at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. Oonagh is keen to promote other female business owners and is a Lead role in the Going For Growth programme which supports female entrepreneurs achieve their goals and grow their businesses.
