Sinead Ryan is a personal finance journalist for the Irish Independent specialising in consumer affairs. She presents 'The Home Show' on Newstalk on Saturday mornings.

She qualified as a financial adviser and worked in financial services for 15 years, and holds diplomas in Journalism and Economics.

Sinead was appointed to the Pensions Council, a Government advisory body, in 2015. Her book, Cents and Sensibility - a budgeting guide for teenagers - was published in 2010
