Providing excellent customer service during the winter season, especially around Christmas, is crucial for SMEs to stand out and succeed. Excellence in customer service doesn't come about easily. It needs to be carefully defined, planned, and managed. The focus should be on delivering great service every day, across every interaction you have both internally and externally, with special attention to the unique demands and opportunities of the winter season.

• Learn what exceptional customer care looks like during the holiday season and acquire tools and techniques to demonstrate this level of service.
• Recognise the value of relationships as a key customer care and selling tool and learn how to manage this process.
• Understand the customer service mix and the customer care charter, tailored to the needs and expectations of winter shoppers.
• Ensure that your company portrays a positive, customer-friendly approach consistently and put all learning into a roadmap which reflects the company culture while simultaneously facilitating the development of customer care skills in all employees.
