Site Visit to Tirlán Ballitore - Maturity Assessment and Problem Solving

Tirlán Ballitore (R14 CH05) is pleased to host a Best Practice Site visit for clients of LEO Kildare and members of the Midlands Lean Network on Tuesday 19^th of November

On this visit you will see hear how the Tirlán Business Excellence team uses their Maturity Assessment to identify opportunities for improvement across their sites.

See how Ballitore has evolved using this assessment over the last number of years and how problem solving has played a key role in that journey. 

There is limited spaces available.

Please register your interest by 12 noon on Friday 1^st of November and clients will be notified of a place before Friday the 8^th of November. 

Due to the commercial sensitivity of business site visits, businesses in a competitive sector are asked to not apply.
