Customer relationship management (CRM) is an organisational strategy, not simply a technology.
It focuses on assessing and satisfying your customer’s needs, and enhancing all sales and marketing activity.
CRM provides front you and your team with a single view of customer data. It is used to maximise the lifetime value of a customer and minimise customer churn.
It can be used to support customer relationships by attracting new customers, satisfy existing customers, retaining them and extracting further revenue via cross-selling and up-selling.

Specifically we’ll cover
- Importance of CRM in managing customer relationships
- Client Case Study: How a small business boosted sales and improved customer loyalty using CRM
- Exploring CRM Tools
- What Platforms exist and the challenges/benefits
For each attendee we’ll complete a digital readiness assessment of your business and share some additional resources for further understanding and adoption of CRM.
Applicants will also learn about the 1-1 digital supports available to their business including the Grow Digital Voucher of up to €5,000.
