Small business owners from the across the South East are invited to attend Productivity25 -South East LEAN Masterclass on Tuesday 13th May in the Ormonde Hotel Kilkenny for a transformative half-day Masterclass dedicated to the world of productivity and LEAN Thinking. The exclusive event is tailored for owner-managers and staff of small businesses and provides the opportunity to avail of LEAN Certification (i.e. White Belt) 

The event is designed to help businesses embed a Lean mindset and culture, focusing on waste reduction, value creation, and continuous improvement. Through expert-led discussions, interactive simulations, and real-world case studies, attendees will gain actionable insights to implement Lean principles in their business

Productivity-25 will be hosted by the South East based Local Enterprise Offices in conjunction with South East LEAN Network and LEAN 4.0.

The event will be moderated by Pat Lynch, LI4  and featured speakers including Tom Finn, LEED Strategy Ltd, Gillian Bailey, Hartley People Training, LEAN Expert Mike Daly LI4 Continuous Improvement Partner and case studies from owner managers of small companies to speak about their experiences of adopting LEAN principles.
