Regional Food Starter Programme

The Regional Food Starter Programme will run online via Zoom over 4 half days (9.30am - 12.30pm) - 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th November and is open to all Start up Food Businesses and Entrepreneurs.

Structure is as follows:

Day One:      Ensuring your business idea is feasible
Day Two:      Food safety and exploring routes to market
Day Three:   Finance and product costings for a Food business
Day Four:     Distribution, Branding and brand building

Outcomes:

• Knowledge of participants will be strengthened, and they will be provided with tools and templates to validate business idea
• Participants will have opportunity to network with other food stakeholders at a similar stage of their journey which will stimulate ideas and learning
• On completion of programme participants will have the skillnet to evaluate their Food Academy idea and identify the next steps of their journey

Due to the limited number of spaces available, this programme is limited to Businesses based in the South East only.
