LEAN is about driving efficiency in your business and learning ways to do things quicker, better and more effectively whilst embedding a culture of continuous improvement.  The program consists of 10 half days working directly with a LEAN for Business consultant to work on a LEAN plan for your business. This programme is on a 1 to 1 basis.
