Designed for food producers, don’t miss 3 of the most sought after speakers on food exporting brought together in one session.
James Burke will begin by explaining the food export journey; how to take your product from local to global. He will be joined by Colum O’Sullivan and Bruce Langlands to share their knowledge and insights.
Colum is widely acknowledged as one of the most successful Irish food producers of the last decade. Cully and Sully, the brand he co-founded will Cullen Allen, has grown into a multi-million euro business, trading widely in international markets.
London based consultant, Bruce has had a stellar career in food retail and hospitality. Over 30 years he has worked in product development and executive roles with M&S, Superquinn, Harrods and most recently, and Executive Director of Food and Hospitality at Selfridges.
