Eoin Costello
Eoin is Project director of DigitalHQ clg whose mission is to help small businesses and social enterprises leverage digital. He is an expert trainer in digital marketing, social media and digital productivity tools. As the former CEO of Startup Ireland clg he rapidly built the new organisation’s impact through digital channels. He was national director of Ireland’s national startup week, the Startup Gathering which delivered 420 events in 22 counties. Eoin was also programme Manager TU Dublin Hothouse for 3 years where he managed the incubation centre and Ireland’s largest New Frontiers entrepreneur programme.
Áine Kerr
Áine has occupied leading roles in the rapidly changing landscape of the media industry over the past 10 years. Following senior roles at the Irish Independent and Dublin Business School she took on the pivotal role of Managing Editor at Irish success story Storyful.
Storyful created a whole new industry of verification of user-generated videos for mass consumption through media platform owners until its acquisition by News Corp. Áine then became Facebook's Manager of Global Journalism Partnerships located in New York. In 2017 former CEO of Storyful, Mark Little, then lured her back to help form another high impact startup Kinzen.
From direct experience Áine is well versed in leading and managing change as well as personally experiencing the challenges of being a startup.
Justin Dixon
Justin operates Kingsize.ie, Ireland's Big and Tall Menswear stores. They specialise in clothing for Big and Tall men, and Footwear in sizes 12 to 16 with shops in the Stephens Green Shopping Centre, Dublin 2 and on the Tuam Road in Galway.The web drives all their new business to their physical stores and over 12% of their business is done purely on their website.
Cian Collins
Cian Collins is the Cofounder and Commercial Director for Frankli.io, a HR Technology software company headquartered in Sligo, serving enterprise customers globally. Frankli is a talent management platform that has been designed to boost employee engagement for all employees (local and remote) - Frankli empowers people managers to deliver a consistent approach to performance through regular check ins, continual feedback, recognition, goal setting (OKRs) and career development.
Cian is also an Executive Facilitator and delivers Accountability and Leadership training for Senior Management Teams in Ireland and the UK.
Enda Regan
Enda Regan has been a Lead with Shopify for over 3 years. Lead of the Kit Ireland Team who assist merchants by integrating Kit (Marketing Automation Software) into their existing marketing strategy for their online business. Enda has vast experience in the ecommerce space as well as championing remote working in the North West.
Patrick Devine
Patrick is a EU Project Officer at the Northern and Western Regional Assembly and is working on the European funded project called ‘DEVISE’ which aims to support the Digital Transformation of SMEs in the region. Patrick has over 5 years experience managing EU funded projects which support the growth and competitiveness of SMEs in the North West.
