Local Enterprise Offices are Business Units within the Local Authority.  They operate under a Service Level Agreement with Enterprise Ireland which confers on both the role of Controller in relation to personal data.  The Local Enterprise Office Personal Data Protection Notice sets out how personal data is collected, used, processed and disclosed.
