This workshop will run over three weeks in July and will guide you through the process of completing a Business Plan for your businesses.

It will also provide you with feedback and support to help your run a better business ensuring it is competitive for the challenging environment you are setting up in.
You will have access to the information, basic skills and a framework to explore, assess or re-evaluate your business idea and its future direction/growth options (e.g Export, Innovation, Franchising, Partnerships, Investors)

On completion of the course, the participants will have:
- Evaluated your business ideas and growth opportunities in terms of market potential
- Assessed the key drivers that influence profitability for your business
- Developed skills to communicate to customers and other stakeholders
- Understand the legal steps that are required to start a business
- Gained an appreciation of the broader legal and management issues to be managed by SMEs
- Constructed a tailored road map for your business for the next six and twelve months
