This is a half day workshop, which aims to look at business owners’ attitudes towards their finance, release any limiting beliefs or money blocks and to unleash greater confidence in how they approach their finances.

Learning outcomes:

Upon completion of this course participants will:

  • know how to interpret their financial accounts and past business performance
  • understand their money beliefs including those that may be limiting them and the success of their business
  • understand the difference between an optimistic and pessimistic explanatory style, the benefits of optimism and be introduced to a tool to access their level of optimism
  • create a pricing strategy that drives business performance
  • create a financial vision and strategy for their business
