This clinic is for small or micro-businesses where you will receive one to one advice from our expert mentor - Elma Carew.

Elma Carew is a seasoned professional with nearly 20 years of experience in Human Resources across diverse sectors, including IT/software, medical devices, financial services, manufacturing, aviation, shared services, construction, agriculture, and the not-for-profit sector. With an extensive background in HR, Elma has honed her expertise in understanding the intricacies of various industries, contributing to her versatile and well-rounded skill set.

In addition to her HR career, Elma has dedicated almost 5 years to the field of coaching, establishing herself as a go-to guide for individuals seeking expert guidance in career development, relationship empowerment, and holistic life enhancement. Delivery

This 1 Hour & 15 mins session will be delivery via Zoom, online or telephone.  The business mentor will contact business owners prior to the meeting to organise the exact time of meeting.
