Description on what the webinar will cover:
The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) is an independent statutory body with a dual mandate to enforce competition and consumer protection law in Ireland. The CCPC uses its statutory powers to promote compliance with competition and consumer protection law, taking enforcement action where appropriate. If your business sells to consumers, this session will provide you with a comprehensive overview of new consumer protection laws that have recently been introduced. You will find out what your obligations are to your customers regarding their consumer rights, rules on price display, price reductions and gift vouchers, as well as information you should know if you sell on an online platform.
