In this workshop, presented by ATU Sligo, we aim to provide a supportive and constructive environment where we can explore the concept of "Business Process Reengineering" and its potential impact on the future of your business.

For all businesses, it's essential to take a thoughtful look at your current operations. This involves examining your existing processes to discover ways to enhance them.During this workshop, we will delve into the intricacies of your current business processes and discuss the challenges that may arise during the process of refinement. We will also explore how to tap into your in-house tech skills to make these improvements possible.

Our objective is to help you gain a better understanding of how to optimize your existing processes, ultimately improving efficiency and creating opportunities for business growth.

This is an in-person event in ATU Sligo, Room D1002 (located towards the rear of the University, building nearest N16/Clarion Road junction)

The Presenter:
Dr.Valerie Mc Taggart is the Head of the Department of Business at ATU (Atlantic Technological University) Sligo. Valerie has a PhD from DCU, a Masters in Business from John Moore’s University, Liverpool and a BA Hons in Applied Consumer Studies from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh. Before joining ATU Sligo as a full-time academic in 2018, Valerie worked in financial services in Ireland and UK for over twenty years in various roles, including project management and people management. Valerie is research active in several areas presenting her work nationally and internationally.
