Are you looking to grow your business' online presence but are unsure of how best to do it?
Local Enterprise Office Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown has developed a 5 week evening programme for you and your business. Under the guidance of specialist experienced online marketing practitioners and trainers, you will learn how to devise and execute a customised and integrated web marketing strategy for your business.
All course content has been carefully chosen to support any new or established product or service-led business.
Class sizes are limited to 15 people to ensure maximised learning outcomes for participants. If you are unable to attend one or more of the 5 sessions, let us know and we can arrange for those course notes to be emailed to you.
This course runs from 6.30pm-9.30pm on five consecutive Monday evenings (5th November - 3rd December 2018)

- Blogging overview; how to write for the web
- How to convert a blog post in to traffic and sales
- Tips on what to write

Session 3 | Monday, 19th November | Getting the most from your smart phone/tablet - Smartphone photography
- Top tips on how to get the most from the camera on your phone
- Apps to help you on your way
- Smartphone video; how to create a video on your smartphone
- How to tell a story with video
- Live streaming; how to prepare for it, set up and go live

Session 4 | Monday, 26th November | Advertising and paid promotions - How to use the Facebook / Instagram advertising platform
- Twitter advertising - how to make the most of it
- LinkedIn advertising - how to access those professionals

Session 5 | Monday, 3rd December | Insights and Analytics - Facebook and Instagram insights, Twitter analytics
- How to use insights to determine what to do next
- How to schedule content with third party apps
- Metrics that matter
- Other relevant platform analytics to be determined by the participants on the day

Delivery Methodology
The delivery style will be interactive with the participants backed up by a Power Point presentation, live demonstrations and learning by doing. Participants will be encouraged to collaborate and share learnings and outcomes between sessions through a dedicated social media group.
Please note, this interactive and fun training course will cover all the bases and participants are asked to bring their laptops and smart phones. Full training notes will be available to download.
About your Facilitator
Entrepreneur Academy Trainer Michael Keogh will create a safe yet challenging, interactive learning environment where learners will be encouraged to get involved and participate to their level of comfort. Topics will be presented in a realistic and practical manner making it easier for them to understand the value of Social Media and how to use it wisely for their business.
