The Retail Programme was developed to assist retailers to revitalise and grow their business, by analysing all aspects of running a retail business, making expert recommendations and working on a 12 -18 month strategic plan to sustain and take their business to the next level.
The programme is run by an appointed team of leading retail experts and since it was launched in September 2013, it has been rolled out to 8 towns in the County to date, with 15 retailers participating in the initiative from each location.
The Retail Programme offers the business owner the opportunity to “step back” from their business and with the assistance of an external advisor, identify the key challenges they are facing.
The latest retail programme was successfully rolled out in Macroom.
