Lisa McCarthy is a Visual Merchandising expert with over 20 years’ experience working with clients across Retail, Food & Drink, Creative and Service Sectors. Lisa helps clients see their business through the lens of the Customer Experience – and uses Visual Communication tools to increase sales and profit.
As a mentor & Trainer to LEO clients, she works to help clients identify opportunities to improve the look and feel of their business – working on Store Layout planning, Merchandising, Fixture selection, Window Display and Exhibition stand design. Lisa is supportive, empathetic, and creative – she supports and drives her clients, leaving them with a new set of skills and the confidence to utilise them within their business.
